Take a regular shower of bath first with soap and water.

Shake Well. Pour in at least 6 inches of warm bath water and soak for a minimum of 20 minutes. Mediate and pray while setting mental positive intentions. Afterwards, get out of tube and do not rinse off air dry and allow water to soak in skin. Do not bath or shower for another 24 hours after this spiritual bath.

For use In Shower:
Take a regular shower of bath first with soap and water.

Shake Well. Pour onto skin and gently rub in. Rinse off. Mediate and pray while setting mental positive intentions. Afterwards, get out of tube and do not rinse off air dry and allow water to soak in skin. Do not bath or shower for another 24 hours after this spiritual bath.
